• Custom-made products: Delivered within 7–15 business days.
2. Tracking
• Ready-made products: Shared within 8–9 days of order.
• Custom-made products: Shared within 4–7 days of order.
3. Urgent Orders
• Must be checked with us before placing the order.
4. Delays
• Timelines may extend due to rain, floods, strikes, courier delays, or uncertainties.
• In case of internal/unexpected delays, our team will update you personally via WhatsApp.
5. Delivery Safety
• Share OTP only directly with the delivery person (never over phone).
• For hostel/apartment deliveries, inform the security desk in advance to avoid miscommunication.

Returns and Exchanges
1. Eligible Returns
• Accepted only for damaged products.
• A 360° unedited parcel opening video is mandatory.
2. Not Eligible for Returns
• Size issues.
• Color differences (due to screen/lighting).
• Weaving irregularities or natural variations in handwoven/handcrafted fabrics.
• Courier delays or natural uncertainties (rain, flood, strike, etc.).
• Lack of tracking update (parcels already in transit).
3. Exchanges
• Not available.

Product and Purchase Disclaimer
1. Refunds
• Processed only after verifying the parcel opening video and confirming the damage.
• Credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. No Refunds For
• Cancellations after order processing.
• Personal preference or non-damage reasons.
3. Handmade Disclaimer
• Minor weaving irregularities and natural variations are inherent to handcrafted/handwoven fabrics and are not considered defects.
