Delivery Timeline

  • Ready-made products: 10–15 business days for delivery.

  • Custom-made products: 7–15 business days for delivery.

  • These are our standard dispatch timelines.

Tracking Updates

  • Ready-made products: Tracking details are shared within 8–9 days of dispatch.

  • Custom-made products: Tracking details are shared within 4–7 days of dispatch.

Urgent Deliveries

  • For urgent delivery requirements, kindly check with us before placing an order.

  • Once an order is placed and processed, faster delivery arrangements cannot be made.

Emergency Delays

Delivery timelines may extend in rare circumstances such as:

  • Heavy rain or floods

  • Strikes or courier delays

  • Other uncontrollable uncertainties

Team Delays

In case of internal or unexpected delays, our team will personally update you via WhatsApp on the number provided during order placement. Keeping our customers informed is a priority for us.

Delivery Safety

  • Share your OTP only when directly in contact with the delivery person — never over a phone call.

  • For hostel or apartment deliveries, please inform your security desk in advance. On rare occasions, delivery agents may leave parcels with security staff or neighbours to avoid failed delivery attempts.
