Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after proper verification of the parcel opening video and confirmation of product damage.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds Are Not Applicable For:

Cancellation requests made after the order is processed.

Situations based on personal preference or non-damage reasons.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged products.

A 360° parcel opening video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory for return requests.

Not Eligible for Returns

Size issues, color differences (caused by lighting or screen resolution), or personal preference.

Weaving irregularities or natural variations in handwoven/handcrafted fabrics (as these are inherent to the craft).

Courier delays or natural uncertainties such as rain, flood, strike, or similar events.

Cases where the tracking update is unavailable (since parcels are already in transit).
