At Tint, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before placing an order.


Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds are processed only after proper verification of the parcel opening video and confirmation of product damage.

    • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds Are Not Applicable For:

    • Cancellation requests made after the order is processed.

    • Situations based on personal preference or non-damage reasons.


Returns Policy

  • Eligible Returns

    • Returns are accepted only for damaged products.

    • A 360° parcel opening video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory for return requests.

  • Not Eligible for Returns

    • Size issues, color differences (caused by lighting or screen resolution), or personal preference.

    • Weaving irregularities or natural variations in handwoven/handcrafted fabrics (as these are inherent to the craft).

    • Courier delays or natural uncertainties such as rain, flood, strike, or similar events.

    • Cases where the tracking update is unavailable (since parcels are already in transit).

  • Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer exchanges.
